Find of the Day: The Sleeveless Tunic

Hi everyone, I'm super excited to tell you guys all about my latest find today on Sensible Stylista: a chic sleeveless tunic.  This stunning top is available HERE online at The Luk for $34.99.  For those of you unfamiliar with the brand, they sell fashionable office-wear that transitions beautifully from work to play. The founders, Amanda & Aimee, have exquisite taste so I can pretty much guarantee that you'll find something you love.  They get new pieces in quite often so make sure y'all check back to browse their collection.
For my OOTD, I styled a casual everyday look for y'all.  I could've easily dressed it up for work with black pants and closed-toe pumps, but I chose to go with skinny jeans today.  I accessorized with a fierce bodychain (courtesy of AMICLUBWEAR) for some edge and added a pop of personality with animal print pumps.
Let's take a closer look at my bodychain!  As I'm sure y'all know, I've been completely and utterly obsessed with it as of late. For those of you wondering, AMICLUBWEAR sells a ton of affordable versions that are super cute!  How do you guys feel about them - yah or nah?
Top:  c/o The Luk || Bodychain:  AMICLUBWEAR || Jeans:  Levi's || Shoes:  5/48 || Bag:  Dior

1.  Color Control Cushion Compact Broad Spectrum SPF 50+ ($60) - Completely and utterly obsessed with this compact.  The finish is extremely flattering - think dewey with great coverage. I love that it provides SPF protection and leaves skin deeply hydrated.  It absorbs and blends beautifully so layer as much as you want - the formula never looks caked on.  You're left with a natural finish with zero "imperfections."  I use light/medium yellow, but there are 5 other colors available - browse them here.  Note:  this product comes with a refill so you're getting two compacts for $60 - still pricey but worth every cent.

2.  Moisture Bound Intensive Serum Masque (2 for $32 or 6 for $90) - Looking to relax? Have an at-home spa night and spoil yourself silly with this unique two-step ampoule masque.  Infused with 100% pure bamboo sap and hydrating 5-Hydra Complex, it cools and plumps, revitalizing skin by restoring moisture and luminosity.  Apply the serum on your face and stick on the masque for 10-15 minutes to get your pamper on.  It's definitely one of the best sheet masques I've ever tried!

3.  Age Correcting Foundation Cushion Spectrum SPF 25 ($80) - Perfect your complexion with this luxe formula.  Even-Layer protective technology conceals pores and evens out skin tone, green Miracle T, the brand's patented ingredient, restores skin and boosts suppleness, and green tea polysaccharides protects skin from environmental aggressors. Like the cushion compact above, this product comes with a refill!  There sell 5 shades in total - click here to browse.  I use light medium, and it works really well with my skin.

4.  Moisture Bound Sleeping Recovery Masque ($60) - If you haven't tried this yet, you need to STAT.  It's seriously the most amazing overnight treatment you'll ever use.  Apply a thin coat - think dime size - over your moisturizer and let it work its magic.  Formulated with 5-Hydra Complex (a potent blend of Asian botanicals), this product is lightweight and luxe. You'll wake up with baby soft skin.

5.  Intensive Vitalizing Eye Essence ($95) - This product works wonders because it de-puffs, lifts, and brightens. It contains active ingredients that target the delicate eye area effectively; caffeine supports natural circulation treating dark circles, Bright T-Ferment, well, brightens, and oat extract firms while hydrating.  You'll notice a difference almost immediately, and as a plus, the metal applicator feels great!  It's freezing cold so it treats puffiness right from the get-go.  A little goes a long way so this product will last you months.

SS Eats: Fig & Olive

Last week, I dined at Fig & Olive DC for lunch to sample their new Spring menu with a friend, and suffice it to say, everything was on point.  Their menu's crafted around carefully-selected ingredients for genuine taste and seasonality - they're all about the best olive oils and flavors from the Riviera and Coastal regions of the south of France, Italy and Spain. They have a large variety of extra virgin olive oils, and diners are offered three for tasting at the beginning of each meal (pictured below).
I don't remember where the oils came from, but I can tell you that they were all delicious. The accompanying rosemary olive oil fougasse bread was to die for.  I'd go back for the bread alone!  It was so soft and fresh - it seriously melted in my mouth.
My friend and I then ordered crostinis to share! These were delectable - each and every one had a unique flavor profile.  My personal favorite was the goat cheese, but my friend enjoyed the proscuitto more.  Here are the 6 we ordered:

1.  pea, asparagus, ricotta lemon thyme
2.  burrata, tomato, pesto, balsamic
3.  goat cheese, caramelized onion, chive
4.  manchego, fig, marcona almond
5.  octopus, hummus, pimenton
6.  proscuitto, ricotta, fig, olive, walnut
For my entree, I ordered the Grilled Thyme Chicken Paillard - the chicken breast was seasoned with lemon & thyme and presented with aarugula, spinach, brussels sprouts, pickled red onion, and haricot vert salad.  My friend ordered the Fig & Olive Tajine, a Moroccan spiced chicken served with prune, olive, carrot, chickpea, toasted almond, and celery root long turnips, accompanied by a cilantro and harissa couscous. Both plates came with sides, but we got two additional ones for good measure: cremini mushrooms with thyme & shallot and olive oil chive mashed potatoes.  The mash was especially nomtastic!
A close-up shot of my friend's Fig & Olive Tajine.
Fig & Olive is located in CityCenterDC!  The 10,000 square foot restaurant captures the essence of the French Riviera. The decor will seriously blow you away - the place just oozes class.  As a plus, their Alfresco terrance is open to guests during the spring & summer.

A huge thanks to TAA PR & Fig & Olive for having me!
I'm super excited to partner up with Uncommon Goods today on Sensible Stylista!  For those of you unfamiliar with the brand, they were founded in 1999 in Brooklyn, New York.  They're a privately owned company that endeavors to feature unique jewelry, designer decor and handcrafted gifts created in harmony with the environment without harm to animals or people.  They run all their operations out of the Brooklyn Army Terminal, and their lowest-paid seasonal worker starts 50% above minimum wage.

It's their mission to support independent artists and designers. In fact, half of their collection is made by hand. Most jewelry, decor and table top items are created in the US, and 1/3 of their stuff incorporates recycled and/or upcycled materials.  Do yourself a solid and shop here for mother's day. Your mom will absolutely adore the gift you get her, and you can feel extra good about the moolah you spend since you'll be supporting a noble brand who's all about being environmentally & socially conscious.  To aid you in your shopping process, I've shared my favorite UG picks with you guys - links are provided below.
3.  Caterpillar Bud Vase ($20-$38)

Remix: The Sleeveless Vest

It's remix time, everyone!  I told you all that I'd be re-featuring my vest on Wednesday so I thought, "why not today?!"  I styled a casual look for you guys last time (click here if you missed it) so I thought I'd glam it up a bit. For today's OOTD, I paired my 5/48 vest with an asymmetrical snakeskin maxi from Stylemoi.  I got this dress last year so unfortunately it's no longer available online, but I'll make sure to link a similar piece for y'all below!  To finish off my look, I threw on lace-up heels to match.
Shoes:  c/o Amiclubwear ($25) || Vest:  5/48 ($39.99) || Maxi:  Stylemoi

The Best of Aveda

1.  Smooth Infusion nourishing styling creme ($26) -  I seriously can't think of a better name for this cream than smooth infusion - it describes it to a tee!  If you're looking to nourish hair and fight frizz in intense humidity, cop this baby stat because this product's is the bees knees.  It contains shea butters and botanicals like organic cupuacu.  Put it on post-shower for a polished mane that'll last all day and/or night.

2.  Thickening Tonic ($28) - If you have thin hair, this product's a serious must-have.  Powered by botanicals, it thickens instantly by expanding strands from roots to ends.  Spray it on your part and comb down after you shower!  I guarantee you'll see a real difference.

3.  Shampure dry shampoo ($30) - Hands down, the best dry shampoo I've ever used.  It revives my hair by absorbing excess oil with a non-aerosol powder mist that smells like heaven.  It's 99.8% naturally derived, and the aroma's made with 25 pure flower & plant essences. I wash my hair every 2-3 days so dry shampoo's a must for me. This product leaves me feeling super clean, and as a bonus, it gives my mane quite a bit of volume!  Note: this is not a spray - you have to squeeze the bottle to get a puff of product.

4.  Aircontrol light hold hair spray ($28) - A wonderful hair spray that's long-lasting yet light. Derived from pine resin technology, it dries softly onto your mane, never leaving a "crunch."  This product's a godsend for those of you with fine hair.  It adds texture sans shine and smells amazing like all things Aveda.  It also eliminates static while spraying on dry.

5.  Light Elements Defining Whip ($24) - This whip is everything.  It holds my mane in place all day without weighing it down. A little goes a long way so don't go too crazy - a quarter-sized dollop will do.  Texturize and volumize your hair with this airy wax to create definition without bulk!  I personally like to use it on my curls.

6.  Controlforce firm hold hair spray ($30) - A fierce hair spray that holds like a boss and provides 24-hour humidity defense.  It contains certified organic essential oils like bergamot, palmarosa, and Bulgarian lavender and works with all hair types.  It's the firmest hold hair spray they sell so pick this up ASAP if you're looking for serious strength.  I highly recommend it, especially to performers!  I'm a pianist by day, and my hair often gets out of control when I'm playing - this spray helps me keep it all in check.  Note: although it's strong, the effect is still flexible so you can shape your mane after spraying it on so you don't have to worry about "helmut head."

Luciana: Graphic Tee Heaven

Alright guys, a while back I featured this fabulous 5/48 vest on Sensible Stylista as a find-of-the-day - clicky here if you missed the aforementioned post.  Y'all have no idea how much wear I've been getting out of it.  I don't know why or how, but it seriously looks good with everything!  You'll see in time!  I'll make sure to remix it for you guys to demonstrate the piece's versatility.  Anywho, for today's OOTD, I styled it with a cute graphic tee for a casual yet polished look.  For those of you wondering, my tank's from Luciana (aka graphic top heaven), and it says c'est la vie (french for "such is life" or "that's life"). This barely there racer-back tank is available online HERE for $29.

Sensible Stylista x Beyond the Beauty: Review + International Giveaway

I'm super excited to partner up with Beyond the Beauty for today's post.  I had the opportunity to review their three piece styling set, and to say I'm a fan is a gross understatement.  The complete set includes a mini-straightener, straightener and volume curling tool so you basically have everything you need, including a great travel-size hair tool.
Let me break it all down for you guys!  The mini-straightener's made of tourmaline and ceramic plates that are 0.5" in size. Featuring far infrared technology, the tool heats up in seconds and is distributed evenly throughout!  Negative ionic technology helps hair retain more moisture.  The full-sized straightener works pretty much the same way, but it's made of 100% solid ceramic plates that are 1.25' in size.  The temperature's adjustable and the tool reaches up to 450 degrees fahrenheit. Like the mini-straightener, the volume curling tool is made of tourmaline and ceramic.  The barrel's 25-18mm, and it's clipless for flawless styling.  It heats up to 386 degrees fahrenheit and comes with a heat-resistant glove!  As you can see, I own the set in pink, but it's available in black and peacock as well.

Lucky for you guys, Beyond the Beauty has generously offered to give one lucky reader the same set in the color of their choice.  As always, entering is super easy!  All you have to do is "like" Beyond the Beauty on facebook via rafflecopter below.  There are several bonus entries available to up your chances of winning so make sure you take advantage.  Trust me, you definitely want to win this!  I mean, the prize is worth $499! Find of the Day: The Snake-Print Sweater

I'm beyond excited to tell you guys all about my latest find.  I centered today's OOTD around my new snake-print sweater from Saks Off 5th.  Zero Degrees Celsius' sporty pullover is perfect for everyday wear with its long raglan sleeves and ribbed cuffs, collar and hem.  Pair it with jeans or black pants (like I did below) for an effortlessly chic ensemble.  For those of you interested, this sweater's available HERE for $39.99.  I know it's not super affordable by any means, but keep in mind that it was originally $180.  As always, let me know if you have any questions.  I'm here for y'all all day, every day.
Let's take a closer look at my Urban Originals tote. If you guys aren't familiar with UO, you need to be.  Do yourself a favor and browse their site STAT.  I absolutely love their brand to pieces for more reasons than one.  Firstly, their collection oozes style with ease - each and every one of their products is on point.  I literally love everything they sell!  Second, and most importantly, the brand's PETA approved.  They use fine vegan leathers to craft their products, and they work with very low chemical requirements to be both environmentally and ethically responsible.  Unfortunately, I can't seem to find my bag online, but here's a similar-ish one!

4 Sunglasses Every Fashionista Should Own

The title pretty much says it all.  A fun pair of sunnies does wonders for a potentially "blah" ensemble. Summer's a comin', and I'm looking to make a statement this season!  Although I love classic designs (think aviators & wayfarers) as much as the next, I'm all about fun versions as of late. Yes, first and foremost you want your sunnies to complement your face shape, but you also want them to reflect and represent your personality.  Go bold!  I mean, you only live once, right?  And yes, I just said YOLO. I'm embarrassed, but I'm just going to own it, ha.

1.  Embellished Sunglasses
These shades may not be for everyone, but I personally love them.  Style them with a "simple" outfit to elevate your style game tenfold.  Try pairing them with high-waisted shorts, a loose tee and gladiator sandals for an effortlessly fashionable everyday look.
2.  Mirrored Sunglasses
These babies are straight-up BAMF.  They come in an array of colors and styles so feel free to experiment.  They may feel a bit 90s, but hey, who doesn't like a good throwback?  Plus, they look good so who cares about whether they're "in" or not.  Try styling them with a summery maxi dress and faux-moto jacket for an edgy getup.

3.  Animal Print Sunglasses
Animal print is always a do in my book.  As I'm sure you all know, I'm a huge fan because it has so much personality...and then some.  Although I'm all about leopard coats and snakeskin dresses (fake of course), not everyone is gung-ho about wearing a bold pattern from head to toe - cue sunnies. Incorporate a fun pop of it by throwing on animal print shades.  If you're extra shy, sport them with neutral colors like I did above for a foolproof ensemble.

4. Cat Eye Sunglasses
Last but not least, and quite possibly my fave of the four, cat eyes.  I'm wearing a tame style above, but exaggerated versions are impossibly fashionable.  Brands are upping their cat eye sunglass game this season with modern touches, embellishments and colors so you can choose your level of boldness.

Now that we've reviewed four killer styles, let's find a flattering pair for your face.  VSP Direct's "Frame Your Fashion" photo sweepstakes can help you figure out what looks best.  It's super easy to enter - just share a selfie (like I did below) and your style.  You could win a consult with a VSP style expert, plus designer shades.  Click here to see deets!  Did I mention that you can enter weekly?  On top of that, one grand prize winner, selected from the 10 weekly winners, will also receive one year of VSP Direct vision insurance and a $250 gift card - giveaway ends on May 25th, 2016.
I was selected for this opportunity as a member of Clever Girls and the content and opinions expressed here are all my own.

j'adore

I'm so excited to share my latest post with you guys.  I centered today's OOTD around my new t-shirt.  I absolutely love wearing graphic tees because they're super comfortable yet effortlessly stylish. Unfortunately, I can't remember where I bought this one. It was a recent purchase though - I think it was from Old Navy, possibly Gap? I don't know.  Sorry y'all, I can't seem to find a shopable link, but I'll make sure to share other fab picks with you guys below as a consolation.
As promised, other shirts for your browsing pleasure:

The Fleur Dress

I'm all about maxis as of late.  This piece, courtesy of Gentle Fawn, is everything.  It's seriously one of the cutest dresses I own, and that's saying a lot because I practically collect them, ha.  Made of 100% viscose crepe, this item has side slits and adjustable straps.  Wear this dress to ooze style with ease - also available in white HERE.
Here's a close-up shot of my current favorite sunnies!  I'm completely and utterly obsessed with Covry Sunwear.  Most frames slide down my nose or hit my cheekbones, but their shades fit me perfectly thanks to their elevated fit (aka longer nose pads, reduced frame curvature and a narrowed nose bridge to complement diverse facial features).  Their items are on the pricier side, but they're worth every penny for real.  Browse their collection STAT to up your sunglass game tenfold.
For today's OOTD, I paired my maxi with a faux-leather moto jacket from Boohoo for a chic yet edgy ensemble.  I accessorized with a printed crossbody for a pop of personality and threw on platform peep-toes for max height.  I then topped off my look with flashy sunnies!

Easter Vacation

A while back I announced that I was turning Sensible Stylista into a full-on lifestyle blog. Sooo, I'm going to start writing more about my personal adventures on here! I haven't figured out a solid schedule yet, but I'll figure it all out eventually.  I'm actually thinking about posting daily again - I'm not quite sure how that's going to pan out because I'm super busy, but we'll see.  I'll try to keep it up for you guys!

Anywho, today's blast is all about my mini-Easter vacay.  I went back home to visit my family in Pittsburgh - my March was ridiculous so I was happy to get away.  Home is always a good time because my parents know how to spoil me.  As soon as I got back, they took me out to my favorite restaurant, Cala Lily Restaurant & Bar, for dinner.  If you ever visit the 'Burgh, you need to come here.  Like, seriously.  The food rivals NYC's finest - it's easily one of the best restaurants, if not THE best, in the city.  Everything here is magical!  I swear to god, Rick Rivera (the head chef) is a culinary genius.  I don't have a ton of food pictures for you guys because lighting was "eh," but I did the best I could!  It's always a struggle to get good photos in dim lighting - I'll keep working on it though.
To start, we got 2 apps plus a comped app from the chef!  We ordered poblano chili rellano (fire roasted and stuffed with drunken goat's cheese topped with a wine sauce) and portabello & crab florentine (baked with spinach, fontinella cheese and copious amounts of crab).  The comped app is pictured above.  I mean, look at that plate of deliciousness - it's borderline obscene!  The dish had poached scallops, shrimp and crab-stuffed squid.  I don't know the deets exactly because it wasn't listed in the menu, but I think the relish was made of beets, tomatoes, jalapeños, onions and apple. The sauce was citrusy and complemented the seafood perfectly.
For entrees, my parents both ordered specials - Cala Lily has an extensive list each night!  My dad went with softshell crabs and my mom got angel hair pasta with crab-stuffed squid in a diablo sauce (aka spicy marinara).  I, very predictably, went with my all-time favorite:  pumpkin tortellini & jumbo crab in a rich alfredo sauce with julienne leeks and sun-dried tomatoes.  Each dish came with sides - pasta dishes come with a vegetable & all others come with both a vegetable + carb.  That night, the veggie was a creamy broccoli and cauliflower medley.  I wanted to try my dad's couscous, but it had red meat in it so I had to pass.  I don't know if I've told y'all, but I'm trying to turn vegetarian.  It's been three months or so since I've had red meat!  Now I just have to drop my bird friends.  It's been tough, but hopefully I'll be able to go hardcore soon.
After sleeping in - "sleeping in" now means waking at 9AM instead of 6-7, ha - my mom and I headed to Perkins to have a quick breakfast before hitting the Grove City outlet mall.  Their food isn't super fancy, but it's affordable, quick and tasty.  Plus, my parents and I love the staff.  We're regulars there so we pretty much know everyone.  They have great breakfast deals and bottomless coffee (!!!!) My mom and I actually both got the same $7 dish that morning: a three-egg mushroom & swiss omelette with pancakes (3).  We scarfed it down and jumped in the car!  The outlet mall's a good 40 minutes away from our house so we wanted to get there early-ish.  We thought it'd be totally swamped since it was Easter.
...but we were wrong, ha.  It wasn't busy at all!  My mom and I were thrilled because we had first dibs everywhere.  We didn't have to worry about parking, but as usual, we only hit up our favorite stores: Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, BCBGMaxAzria, Coach, Nine West, Polo Ralph Lauren, The Cosmetics Company and Harry & David.  To view the full directory, click here. Also, if you're looking to save moolah, make sure you purchase a coupon book at information (located in the food court).  Flip through before buying it though - you don't want to dole out cash if you're not going to save.  It's only $3 or so, but regardless, you don't want to waste money!  Note:  If you have triple A, they'll give you the booklet for free.
I ended up buying three things!  I scored a $3 scarf at Ann Taylor, $29.99 boots at Nine West and a sleeveless vest at Banana Republic for $25.  I wanted to take a haul pic for you guys, but lighting wasn't great so I passed.  I'll make sure to feature everything on here ASAP though.  Anywho, thanks so much for reading, everyone!  Shoot me a comment, and let me know if you enjoyed this blast. Sending y'all lots and lots of love from the DMV!

Workwear Wednesday: Gold Pearls

For today's OOTD, I've partnered up with The Mint Julep Boutique for a chic office-friendly look.  I centered my latest ensemble around their Gift of Grace Dress.  Isn't it stunning?  I love that it works beautifully for work and play. The piece has a fair amount of stretch so you don't have to worry about feeling constricted.  Mine fits like a glove - it's super comfortable yet it hugs my curves nicely. Anywho, if your office is on the more conservative side, simply throw on a fitted blazer, a pair of tights, and nude closed-toe kitten heels.  If you're interested in purchasing this dress, click here.
I am head over heels in love with my pearl necklace from Jwholesale.  They have several colors available online, but my favorite by far is the gold.  For $13.60 (click here to purchase), you're getting a gorgeous set - they throw in earrings to match. Don't let the price deceive you though. Yes, it's inexpensive, but you're getting quality jewelry.  As always, let me know if you guys have any questions by commenting, tweeting, whatever.

My Favorite Hair Tools

1.  colortraktools Croc Clips - If you're looking for solid styling clips, your search ends now.  These babies work like a charm!  They hold hair securely in place without tugging, and they hold a surprisingly large amount of hair.  For those of you interested, you can purchase a set of 4 for $8.99 HERE online at Sally Beauty.

2.  Lionesse Tourmaline Flat Iron - I'm straight up convinced that this 2" iron is magical.  It heats up in 30 seconds, reaching 450 degrees fahrenheit, and uses advanced infrared technology to prevent damage.  I really can't rave about it enough!  It just works SO well.  Your do will seriously look celeb-sleek.  It doesn't take much time either.  I used to own a Chi, and it took me a good 20 minutes to do my entire mane; now it takes me 5 minutes tops.  Now, this item does not come cheap ($300), but remember, you're paying for quality.  It'll be worth every penny in the end - think of it as an investment...a very expensive investment.

3.  Tangle Teezer Detangling Hairbrush - This tool is everything. If you have long hair, you need to purchase this stat.  It painlessly removes tangles and knots as it works through wet or dry hair.  The patented teeth formation bends and flexes, minimizing hair breakage and cuticle damage while adding shine.  Tip:  use it in the shower to brush to deep conditioners for pain-free detangling.  You're welcome in advance.  Available here in 4 different colors for $15.

4.  Sephora Ceramic Blow Dryer - Hands down, the best dryer I've used in years.  It takes a while to get used to the design because the buttons - 2 speed settings, 3 heat settings, and a cool shot button - are in an awkward place, but once you do, it's easy peasy lemon squeezy.  It dries hair quickly, and the finish is frizz-free.  The ceramic tourmouline seals in moisture while reducing drying time by up to 50 percent.  Also, the set includes two concentrator nozzles for precision air control, a nine-foot long cord, and a limited lifetime warranty - available here for $80 at Sephora.

5.  Tangle Teezer Blow Styling ToolI absolutely LOVE this brush.  It works on all hair types and has innovative teeth to prevent pulling.  The product removes excess moisture from the hair shaft to guarantee a quicker blow-dry - a must-have for young professionals!  Available HERE at Sephora for $32.

The Taupe Romper

I'm beyond excited to re-feature The Luk today on Sensible Stylista - if you missed my previous collaboration with them, no worries, simply click here to access the aforementioned post.  Anywho, I'm pumped to tell you guys all about my new romper. Firstly, it's available online here for $51.99 - don't forget to use code SS2016 to get an extra 20% off..  It's made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex, but it looks and feels like thick chiffon.  The store's known for fashionable yet affordable work attire, but I think this item works best for GNO or date night!  If you're looking to impress, definitely pick this baby up.  You'll look smokin' hot and be super comfortable at the same time.  For your reference, I'm wearing a size small, and it fits true to size.
As you can see, I styled my romper with fierce animal print booties.  I wanted my look to pop so I went bold.  I bought these shoes online at Macy's a few weeks ago while they were on sale - I think I paid $24 or so?  Yeah, I absolutely love blowout sales (understatement of the year)!  Unfortunately for you guys, these are no longer available online, but I'll link other options for y'all below so keep scrolling!

Find of the Day: 5/48's Fur Trimmed Knit Vest

I'm super excited to tell you guys all about my latest find!  I recently purchased this gorg faux-fur vest online at Saks Off 5th for $39.99 - it was originally $110 so I got it for a really good price.  This knit is a serious must-have because it's a wonderful transitional piece.  I've been pairing it with maxi dresses as of late for cute spring-y ensembles.  It obviously depends on where you're based, but in MD (and PGH) it's still kind of chilly so the trim works.  Regardless, you should pick this up while you can because you'll get a ton of wear out of it during the Fall.  The item's a classic so you don't have to worry about it going out of style.  For those of you interested in purchasing this knit, click here.  Lucky for you guys, it's still available in all sizes.

Fabulous Light Outerwear

I'm super excited to share today's OOTD with you guys because I'm partnering up with Spiegel today on Sensible Stylista.  If you're looking for light outerwear, cop this jacket stat because it's perfect for spring - to purchase this item, click here.  For those of you wondering, it's available online for $54.
