Cut-outs FTW

Sooo I think I'm gonna start posting outfit pics on Sundays - I'll blast my weekly roundups in the early morn, and publish my OOTDs during the afternoon.  Let's see if I can keep it up, hardy har har.  

For today's post, I've featured a STUNNING dress from Charlotte Russe.  Cut-outs + Hi-low hem = Serious style *does happy dance*  I don't know what it is about hi-low hems.  They're just so goddess-y.  Talk about channeling my inner femininity!  I knew it was down there somewhere, ha.
