How-to: Wear a Skater Skirt

For today's post, I've styled an edgy look featuring two new pieces from Forever 21. I know ya'll are probably sick of hearing me say this, but I gotta say it again.  I just can't help myself. I heart that store so much! 
Shoes:  Candie's via Kohl's - old
Bustier:  Forever 21 ($15.80 - bought for $13)
Skirt:  Forever 21 ($10.80 - bought for $9)
