Sensible Stylista

Black Widow

Sunday funday!  Ha, who am I kidding?  Weekends don't exist for classical musicians.  No complaints though *grins* ANYWHO, I scrubbed it for you guys today.  Thank god for graphic tops - they're just just so effin' stylish. I love this shirt so much!  Get it at Pink Basis right now for $32.99!  I styled it with a pair of distressed shorts for a rocker vibe.  Well, as rocker as I can get, ha!  How do you guys like to dress on "lazy" Sundays?

Top:  c/o Pink Basis ($32.99)
Shorts:  c/o Spicy Avenue
Ring:  c/o Charlotte Russe
Bag:  c/o Deb ($20)

Here are a bunch of fab black crossbody picks for you guys.  I had a ton of fun pickin' these options.  I've showcased a good mix of designer/affordable.  What bag are you guys currently lusting for?  How much would you spend on a bag?

Break Free

Alright guys, I'm featuring another fab piece from Spicy Avenue.  This dress is a SERIOUS must-have. I'm not playin' around.  Do yourself a favor, and buy this dress STAT.  It's only $23, and it's the most COMFY and CUTE dress I own. Keywords: comfy and cute.  Heads up though, it's on the shorter side so if you're super tall you may wanna pass.  I actually avoid wearing sky-high wedges with this dress because I wanna keep things PG-13 *grins*
Because of the crochet detailing, I skipped jewelry all together and went all out on my shoes!  I've been livin' in these heels.  If you're interested in purchasing these kicks, clicky HERE.  They're on sale for $40.  A small price to pay if you're a hardcore fan of the gladiator trend.

A close up on details.  My bag's from Deb, and my ring's from Charlotte Russe.  I'll make sure to share my favorite CR jewelry picks below so make sure ya'll scroll down!
 Bag:  c/o Deb ($20)

Here are my fave CR jewelry picks as promised above.  All pieces are under $10!  *pumps fist*  Where do you guys like to shop for affordable jewelry?

All About That Bass

Sooo today's post has absolutely NOTHING to do with Meghan Trainor's song, ha!  Sorry to lead you on.  I just thought it made a cool title.  ANYWHO, I'm wearing another goddess-y dress on SS.  This beautiful chiffon piece is available at Yesfor.com if you're interested.  FYI: it comes with a gold beaded belt, which is pretty and all I prefer my multi-buckle statement for this look.

To be honest, I had a tough time styling this dress - it's a bit bulky.  I also wish the piece was longer - it's kind of an awkward length IMO, and the pleats are a little too much for me!  What do you guys think?
Here's a full body shot for you guys!  FYI:  My bag's from Chicwish, and it's a total knock-off, ha! Unfortunately, this bag is no longer available online.  Such a shame!  It looks JUST like Celine's Trapeze.

Bag:  c/o Chicwish
Dress:  c/o Yesfor ($19.10)
Shoes:  Nine West Factory Outlet (similar)
Belt:  c/o Pretty & Chic Boutique ($18)

PS.  A fab statement belt is a serious must-have.  I've provided a BUNCH of awesome options below for your browsing pleasure.  Most are affordable, but I threw in a couple designer options for funsies!  How do you guys feel about statement belts?  Do you prefer skinny versions?
