Polka Dot Madness

I bought this adorable polka-dot top at Forever 21 a couple weeks ago.  It was originally $16, but I got it on sale for $13. 
I was super tempted to style it with a high-waisted skater skirt, but decided to pair it with this form-fitting pencil skirt instead.  The top matches the skirt PERFECTLY - it almost looks like a dress.  
TIP:  When sporting a bold print from head to toe, accessorize wisely.  Let the print shine by wearing pieces that complement the pattern's color scheme.
