Sensible Stylista

I See Fire

I told you guys I was obsessed with Talbots!  I've styled yet another work-friendly ensemble featuring the brand.  Man, I love that store - they have the cutest skirts & printed blouses!  Their pieces are usually too expensive for me, but that's what big sales are for.
Anywho, I styled my ocelot button-front with a lace pencil skirt.  As you all know, I like experimenting with different prints and textures.  I accessorized with my favorite collar necklace - available at Hanuel HERE - and wore heels to match.  To top the look  off, I threw on retro cat shades inspired by House of Harlow.
Here's a shot of my blouse sans jacket!  It's such a versatile piece - it transitions beautifully from day to night and work to play.  I'll make sure to re-style it in a casual OOTD for you guys soon so you can see!

Beauty Review: Pura D'or & Amara Organics

Time for another beauty review, y'all.  I'm on a freakin' roll this month, haha.  Totes lucked out and got to test a ton of fab stuffs this week.  Let's get rollin'...
1.  Amaro Organics Vitamin C Serum ($19.95) - So much winning with this fab serum.  Vitamin C brightens and smoothes like whoa, while increasing the production of collagen to highlight the skin's natural elasticity and counteract fine lines and wrinkles.  Made with natural plant-based ingredients!   If you're lookin' to try out different serums, hit this one up!

2.  Premium Organic Argan Oil Shampoo ($24.99) - This fab shampoo is super gentle - which I love - probably because it's supposed to prevent hair loss, haha.  It strengthens hair, adds volume, and contains essential nutrients that nourish like no other - has biotin to strengthen locks, niacin to increase circulation, and DHT blend to promote hair growth.  Make sure y'all leave it on for 2 minutes for full absorption!

3.  Premium Organic Argan Oil Based Conditioner ($24.99) - Made from 99% veggie base ingredients, coconut and vegetable proteins help hydrate, heal, and repair damaged hair from root to end without adding buildup.  The organic argan oil adds shine and body to all types of hair.  Works best with the shampoo reviewed above - safe to use daily.

4.  Pura d'or Argan Oil ($24.99 - originally $48) - Imported from South Western Morocco, this cold pressed oil works wonders for your skin, hair, and nails.  It diminishes wrinkles, stimulates skin cells, reduces the appearance of scarring/stretch marks, and more!  I personally like massaging it into the ends of my hair.  A few drops will do the trick!  Use a pea sized amount, rub it between your palms, and go wild, haha.

PS.  For all pura d'or products, US residents gets free shipping!  Also, for a limited time, receive a FREE cold pressed argan oil with any purchase.  OH, and use code START20 for an extra 20% off - first time customers only.

The Biker Jacket

I'm sure you guys know this by now, but I absolutely LOVE wearing moto jackets.  They seriously look good with anything and everything.  I mean, think about it.  You could wear it with a cocktail dress or style it with a graphic tee, and they would both look totally BAMF.  I own SO many different styles: faux-leather, studded, oxblood, cropped, etc.  I could go on and on and on because moto jackets are timeless.  Don't be afraid to splurge on this wardrobe classic.  You'll ooze style with ease at ANY age.  I'll make sure to share my current fave picks below!
I centered my OOTD around my new +amiclubwear miniskirt.  I thought the two-tone print would look great with stripes so I threw on my fave RD Style top.  To tie the look together, I wore a badass biker jacket.  I chose to wear bold metallic heels because I skipped jewelry - I wanted the print juxtaposition to really stand out!
A closer look at my new heels! Hands down, my current fave.  For $16.49, these babies are a must-have - they were originally $40.99. A total steal for sure.  Perfect for a fun night out with friends!  For 5' heels, these sandals are surprisingly comfy.
A full body shot for you guys.
