Fleur Lace

Channeling my inner Blair Waldorf with today's post.  To be honest, anytime I wear a beautiful dress I feel like an asian Queen B, ha!  Anywho, the cutaway lace top & ribbon belt are such lovely details.  You'll feel super girly yet sophisticated!  FYI: the piece fits true to size.  I ordered a small and regretted it.  I should've gone with my usual XS *sniffle*  Oh wells!  I'll just have to get it tailored.  Clicky HERE to pick one up for yourself.  It's currently on sale for $62.79 and is also available in navy.  I'd go with the chartreuse though.  The color's even prettier in person.

A closer look at details.  I wore my fave pearl necklace (c/o +Lemon Drop Boutique) to complement my dress - a good call for sure *pats self on back* HAHA! TIP:  pearls class any ensemble up.  Throw them on and feel instantly polished.  This chunky statement piece is a must-have IMO - perfect for work AND play.

The Strapless Bandage Dress

Totes excited to partner up with +Betabrand again on Sensible Stylista.  Their Stargazer Wrap Sweater is ridiculously chic and versatile.  It has a relaxed silhouette with thumb holes to keep your wrists nice and warm.  Made with genuine lambswool, this fab cardi looks stunning open or closed - there's a button closure at the waist.  Also available in two other colors: crimson and oatmeal.  Currently on sale for $103 - originally $148.  Hit BB up stat to cop one for yourself!

Takin' over the World

YAY! I've styled a fab work-friendly-ish look for you guys today on SS.  I say "work-friendly-ish" because the skirt's a bit short/tight, haha.  If you want this look to work for an office, go with a longer pencil skirt.  A splash of color goes a long way - you'll be lightin' up everyone's day with your vibrant ensemble.

Here's a full body shot for you all!  I'm still such a huge fan of peplum.  It's probably not "in" anymore, but I don't really care.  It makes me feel good so I'm gonna wear it *smiles* Charlotte Russe sent me this skirt a while back, but I still wear it all the time.  They have some really great stuff available.  I definitely need to hit up a CR soon!  Who else is a fan of their stuffs?
