Cry For a Shadow

I think I found my new fave jean brand - +Joes Jeans FTW. For a long time, I was obsessed with low-rise skinnies, but they looked bad on me.  I don't know why I was being so stubborn.  I was SO set on wearing them even though they were uncomfortable.  Clothing should make you feel good AND flatter you in the right way.  On that note, don't be ashamed to size up if necessary.  I feel like a lot of people are stubborn about sizing.  Who cares if you're a 0 or a 12 for that matter?  Stores inflate sizes all the time anyways so go with the piece that fits you right!  It'll make SUCH a difference.
A closer look at my +Velvet Heart top - 100% washable Tencel with two front pockets and a longer split tail in the back.  LOVE the material - feels so good on my skin! Do you guys own any Tencel pieces?  Oh, and make sure to use code VHSS25 for an extra 25% off your purchase.
Another full body shot for you guys!  Re-featured my Celine-inspired +chicwish bag.

The Lace Up Dress

Sooo I've always been a huge fan of The Girl That Loves, but I have to be honest with y'all. I'm not feelin' this dress.  It looks way better on their model than it does on me, haha!  I don't know.  IMO there's too much volume in general, and the top makes my chest look really strange in person.  Please don't let this review discourage you from checkin' out their line though.  I've reviewed SEVERAL of their pieces, and all of them (until now) have been SUPER cute.  This is seriously the only piece I've disliked.

Necklace:  c/o Dainty and Bold ($41.49)

Totes excited to re-feature my Shop June July skirt today on SS.  This gorgeous skirt is a serious must-have IMO.  I'm wearing a size small - measurements:  27" waist, 15" longest hem, 13" shortest hem.  The piece looks WAY more expensive than it is.  It's currently on sale for $39.99 (originally $45.99).  FYI:  the zippers look even more BAMF in person.
Threw on my +Burberry trench for warmth - I picked this up in FL a while back.  It was on sale for like half-off - still expensive but worth it. One should definitely splurge on a fab trench, and Burberry does it crazy well.  I'm a huge fan of their outerwear.  Chic and timeless - perfect for students and professionals alike.
Skirt:  c/o Shop June July ($39.99)
Bag:  c/o Paul's Boutique ($87.50)
Trench:  Burberry

Oh, and just in case you wanted to see the other skirt posts, here are links for y'all.  Apparently, I love wearing neutral tones, ha.  Which look do you guys like best?
