July 2014 - Sensible Stylista

A Town Called Paradise

For today's post, I've featured a super comfy yet cute LWD (little white dress) courtesy of Deb.  This girly number is totes adorable - don't you just love the crochet trim? This piece is also available in black HERE. They also have a BUNCH of other sweet options available on their site - clicky HERE to browse.
Anywho, I didn't want to bare my shoulders completely so I threw on an oversized cardigan for cover.
I accessorized with neutral pieces to complement my look's overall color scheme - I threw on a stunning pearl statement necklace (from Armed & Readi) and carried a nude Celine-inspired bag (from Chicwish).
A closer look at my vintage shoes courtesy of my mom's shoe closet, ha!  Fashionable mothers FTW, errbody.

Remix: The Bow-Back Skater Dress

Oh hell yes, it's time for a remix.  For today's second post, I've restyled this GORGEOUS skater dress from Deb - clicky HERE if you'd like to see the original post.  Because my first pairing was mad formal, I thought I'd wear it casually this time around.
I accessorized with this trendy neon statement necklace from Accessory Mercado and grabbed my LucyMint crossbody.
Dress:  c/o Deb ($$26.25)
Bag:  c/o LucyMint ($24.99)

The Trendy Evening Gown

For today's second post, I've featured a stunning dress courtesy of Chicwish.  This beautiful number is the perfect mix of glam, trendy, and romantic!  I wish I could wear it for performances - I'm a classical pianist by day - but it's a little short!  I'll have to save it for a fancy event, YAY!
I accessorized with my edgy studded clutch from Handbag Heaven, and threw on a dainty necklace from Nashelle.  I hope you guys aren't sick of seeing me carry my HH clutch, ha!  It's a staple so I feature it often.
OH, and the BEST part is *drum rolls* my new snake ear cuff from Kristin Perry Accessories. Isn't it absolutely stunning?  I'm obsessed!  Clicky HERE if you'd like to cop one for yourself...
Another close up for you guys...

Necklace:  c/o Nashelle

Prima Donna Girl

For today's post, I've featured a sexy look for you guys featuring Deb from Head to Toe (minus the clutch + necklace).  They have an AMAZING selection of crop tops that are both affordable and mad trendy - clicky HERE to see.  The one that I'm wearing has mesh insets & cutout detailing.  Hashtag OBSESSED!  If you're interested in purchasing the one I'm wearing below, clicky HERE.
I paired my crop top with a comfy high-waisted mini.  FYI:  the fabric is textured, and it's a polyester/spandex blend.  If any of ya'll are looking for an affordable yet solid black mini, get this one STAT by clicking HERE.
To polish off my look, I threw on a stunning flower statement necklace (from Shamelessly Sparkly).  I actually featured one of their pieces yesterday - clicky HERE to see. They're definitely one of my favorite boutiques to hit up for jewelry.  I own three gorgeous pieces from their store, and I can't praise them enough.  Jewelry from J. Crew is beautiful but WAY too expensive for my very sad wallet.  No probskies though because Shamelessly Sparkly has similar quality for half the price.  Hashtag Sensible Stylista FTW, ha!

OH, and here's a close up on my chunky heels from Deb.  These babies are MAD fierce.  They kind of remind me of Jeffrey Campbells.

Top: c/o Deb ($12)
Shoes:  c/o Deb ($27)
Skirt:  c/o Deb ($12)
Clutch:  c/o Handbag Heaven ($37.56)
Necklace:  c/o Shamelessly Sparkly ($34.90)

PS.  Keep an eye out for my SECOND outfit post today at 4:30 EST!

Hopeless Romantic

Super stoked to feature this gorgeous ruffled number on the blog today!  This fab number is available at Annie Jean Apparel HERE for $34.  The tulip hem is totes adorable, and the piece gives off a super romantic vibe.  FYI:  the neckline's mad deep so you may want to wear a bralette/tank underneath.
My deep-v neckline was begging for a pretty piece of jewelry soooo I threw on a beautiful statement necklace from Shamelessly Sparkly.  This piece is available HERE for $19.90.  I gots to say folks, this item is a bargain because it looks way more expensive than it actually is!  Think J. Crew quality.
Oh, and my bag is from Paul's Boutique!  This classic bag is a serious must-have.  The quality is legit!  It's pricey but worth it in my opinion.  I've been carrying this baby around all week.  It seriously goes with everything.  Versatility FTW!

Necklace:  c/o Shamelessly Sparkly ($19.90)
Dress:  c/o Annie Jean Apparel ($34)
Shoes:  Coach Factory Outlet - old

I accessorized with gold pieces (earrings + clutch + wedges) because I wanted to look glam for my frands.  Although this dress is perfect for a fun night out, I think it can easily be worn during the day.  Versatility FTW.

Dress:  c/o Deb

All Fall Down

Anywho, I went with a pretty standard look for today's OOTD.  Crop top + Skater skirt + Statement necklace = winning.  This seemingly "generic" formula works beautifully during the summer so if you're runnin' late, you can still look freakin' amazing.
A closer look at my necklace courtesy of Charlotte Russe...

Top:  c/o Boohoo
