Remix: The Strappy Backless Dress

Posting twice today because I owe ya'll for being flaky this month.  I styled this stunning strappy backless dress from Charlotte Russe last month - clicky HERE for the aforementioned post - and thought I'd do a remix for funsies. Since I dressed it up for you guys last time, I thought I'd style it for a casual summer day.  Which look do you guys prefer?
I threw on matching accessories (mint necklace + heels FTW) and grabbed my designer-inspired crossbody.  Oh, and here's a close up of my CR necklace! They have such an awesome (and affordable!!!) jewelry selection.

Super excited to share today's post with you guys because this has been my favorite shoot to date. My photographer (aka my mom haha) and I decided to be more "adventurous" with our photoshoots!  What do you guys think?  Should I stick with my usual brick wall or venture out and experiment with different backgrounds?
Anywho, I'm featuring a STUNNING dress from Charlotte Russe - so in love with the print! CR has such an amazing dress selection.  I highly recommend browsing their online collection - I guarantee you'll find at least one piece you'll absolutely LOVE!
Statement earrings FTW!  I'm such a fan of CR jewelry.  Their pieces are seriously legit.

I paired the dress with an edgy moto jacket for funsies and jacked my mom's Christian Dior for the day!  To match the silver hardware, I accessorized with this fab necklace from Prima Donna!  FYI: This piece is also available in gold HERE.

Savvy Style Series: Haul Post

It's time for a haul post, errbody. Coupons.com generously gave me a $300 gift card to buy whatever I wanted.  Hell to the yes.  Oh the perks of being a Savvy Style Blogger ::grins:: Oh, and FYI all of the clothing pictured below is from Charlotte Russe...

1.  Textured Cross-back Skater ($20.25) - I loved this dress so much that I bought another one in yellow.  The cross-back's a bit different, but it's pretty much the same design.  CR dresses run small so size up.  I usually wear XS but S fits me perfectly here.
2.  Topshop Coral Necklace ($28) - I'm SO obsessed with this necklace.  The flowers are so cute and springy!  I bought this piece at Nordstrom - it's my first official Topshop buy.  Anywho, if you're lookin' to shop there anytime soon, check out these Nordstrom coupon codes beforehand for the best deal possible.
3.  Lace Bell Sleeve Chiffon Shift ($21.75) - Super cute dress.  I love the lacy sleeves!  If you're looking for a chic shift dress, you're welcome in advance.
4.  Raglan Lace Skater ($21.75) - Another cute dress option.  SUCH a pretty color - I love anything mint! It's a little on the short side so I might actually have to skip heels for once.  Oh the agony!
5.  Box-Pleated High-Waisted Skater ($16.20) - I'm not crazy about this skirt.  The material isn't great, and the design isn't that flattering.  I may have to return this ::sigh::  We'll see!
6.  Cut-out Tribal Print Hi-lo Dress ($20.25) - LOVE this dress.  As you can see, I'm a huge fan of cutouts and prints!  Tribal anything is totally "in" this season so if you want to be "trendy" - whatever that means - check this dress out!  OH, and the back has a cut-out as well.
7.  Textured Cross-back Skater ($20.25) - This is the skater I was talking about! Which one do you guys like more?  The yellow or coral picture above?
8.  Tulip Peplum Mini ($15.30) - Super cute skirt.  It's tight though, so if you're not a fan of body-con, this piece is not for you.
9.  Crisscrossing Cut-out Skater ($21.75) - This dress is definitely my FAVORITE thing here!  I styled it HERE a couple days ago. It's SO sexy.  Wear this and you'll definitely be breakin' necks ::grins::

Anywho, I hope you guys enjoyed my haul post.  I didn't want to bore ya'll with a super long review so I kept it short and sweet. If you have any questions, feel free to tweet me, FB me, whatever, you get the point!  FYI:  if you'd like to purchase any of these items, surf Coupons.com for Charlotte Russe coupon codes first!  There are a couple of cool promotions going on right now so make sure to take advantage of them.  Oh, and the prices above are what I personally paid - they had a baller dress promotion going on at the time.  I think they're currently more expensive.  Just givin' you guys a heads up!

Playing with Color: Navy & Silver

For today's post, I've featured an adorable romper courtesy of Charlotte Russe.  I've always been a huge fan of Forever 21, but I've officially converted.  Now I'm a loyal Charlotte Russe-ite, hardy har har!  I'm always super impressed with their clothing and accessories, and I'm not just saying that because they're one of my favorite sponsors.  Ya'll know I'm no sell out ::smiles::  What store do YOU guys prefer?  Forever 21 or Charlotte Russe?
Anywho, I wanted to stick with a simple color scheme, so I wore my trendy navy trench from Spiegel.  I then threw on a stunning statement necklace from Outrage fashion to match my metallic Coach clutch.  I thought sparkly silver shoes would be a fun touch!
ALSO, this Spiegel trench is currently on sale for $44 (originally $214).  SUCH a steal. Seriously.  Get on that, RIGHT now by clicking here! You won't regret it.  It's available in ivory as well.  I'm actually thinking about buying one in the other color myself.  Super trendy piece that will elevate any look.  PS.  If you spend $50 or more, the lovely associates at Spiegel will give you a $10 discount.
A closer look at my glittery shoes...
I've featured this necklace a million times on here already, but I don't care! This piece is beyond gorgeous - such high quality.  Unfortunately, this item is sold out, but Outrage Fashion has a lot of other fab stuff available on their site (clicky here to browse)! PS.  If you sign up, you get 20% off your first purchase.

Charlotte Russe: Clubwear - Part 2

Alrighty guys, it's time for part 2 of my collaboration with Charlotte Russe.  A couple days ago, I showed ya'll how I'd style this sexy dress for school - clicky here to see the aforementioned post.  Now, it's time to rock it for a night out with girlfrands.
I decided to style this dress with metallic accessories.  I threw on a pair of rhinestone encrusted heels for a dramatic touch and wore a spiky necklace for edge.
I bought this necklace years ago, and I still wear it ALL the time.  I LOVE Baublebar so much.  I really hope I get to collaborate with them in the future *crosses fingers*

Charlotte Russe: Clubwear - Part 1

For today's post, I've partnered up with Charlotte Russe to show ya'll how I wear "party pieces" during the day.  Although this super sexy dress is ideal for a GNO (girls night out obvi), it can still look tres chic during the day...there should be an accent mark over the "e" in "tres", but cut me some slack.  I don't know how to insert symbols in blogger yet, ha. Anywho, keep an eye out for part 2.  I'll be blasting it later this week.  I know you're itching to see how I style this baby for a fun night out with frands.
I paired my dress with a "baggy" faux leather jacket and threw on a pair of classy nude pumps to elongate my legs.  My tote adds personality while serving as a "backpack" for school.  I always carry oversized totes for books!  What can I say?  I like feeling like Mary Poppins =P
I bought this necklace at a Talbots Factory Outlet way back in the day (a couple years ago or so), and it's still in great condition.  I think it adds a "conservative" feel to the look balancing the body con aspect of the dress.  If you want extra warmth, throw on a pair of nude stockings.
OH, I also think this dress would also look amazing with black tights + a black blazer + statement necklace.  Maybe I'll style it like that if there's a next time, hardy har har.

Can we just talk about how awesome my post title is? Ha!  For the record, I don't actually find Siracha that spicy, but whatever. Anywho, for today's post I've styled a sexy LRD (little red dress, obvi).  I'm totally in love with this dress.  Check out the link I've provided below for a slew of cute LRDs...

The Asymmetrical Skirt

For today's post, I've featured a slew of goodies courtesy of Charlotte Russe, Deb, and Chicwish.
I'm obsessed with my new faux-leather skirt from Chicwish.  I really like the asymmetrical cut and zipper detailing. To be honest, I can't get over how good the quality is.  It's way better than any faux-leather piece I've come across at Forever 21.  I seriously recommend buying this skirt! SUPER cute.
A closer look at my new jacket from Charlotte Russe.  This piece fits me like a glove and it's SUPER warm. If you're into the military trend like I am, this jacket is a MUST!  I've provided a link below, so don't forget to scroll down...

Remix: The Black Maxi Skirt

For today's post, I've showcased a slew of sponsored goodies from Deb & Charlotte Russe. I know I've already featured this skirt (click HERE for the aforementioned post), but I just couldn't resist styling it again.
This maxi skirt is super flattering - the thigh-high slit is just plain sexy!  I have a stunning black maxi dress with a slit like this on its way from a sponsor.  I can't wait to show ya'll. Anywho, this exact model is sold out, but there are other totally adorable options available on Deb.  Click here AND here for similar options.  Did I mention they only cost $11?  Yeah, get on that!
I'm SO in love with my new polka dot cropped top!  It's super comfy and warm, so I don't feel weird wearing it during the Fall.  I think I'm going to try styling it with a pair of high-waisted shorts, leggings, and combat boots.
A closer look at my fierce necklace courtesy of Charlotte Russe.  This stunning piece is also available in a pretty peach hue.  Clicky HERE to purchase...
